To Supply Skilled Staff For Tourism Sector of Van
The aim of the Project is to train the labor force ,which is needed fort he tourism sector, which has been developing in Van;and to employ the labor force,that doesn’ have any profession and any job.The target group of the Project consist of 100 people.These persons, who are recorded in İŞKUR (Official Employment Agency ), are composed of the unemployed people and women, who have no profession.The main activities are ; first of all , to arrange the education center, to train qualified labor force by means of theoratical,applied and practical training activities.The training/education programs have been planned under the main heading of ‘Service Works’, ‘Floor Services’ and ‘Preliminary Bureau Services’.
    In each groups,the educations will be arranged in modules with 4 months periods and they will be accomplished 2 times during the Project period. Moreover , activities will be done for employing the trainers, who will graduate successfully from these courses. Total eligible cost of the action is 48.780,09 EUR. Amount requested from the Central Finance and Contracts Unit is 43.902,81 EUR AND % of total cost of action is 90 %.Aproject coordinator and a secretary are working the Project.
